The Monster Company was founded in 2003 and is an amazing E Tailer Emporium of Horror, Science Fiction and Fanatsy merchandise. However the original inspiration and passion for the business came after watching a plethora of movies from childhood. The fascination with Monsters started in the late seventies and eighties with movies such as; Ridley Scott's Blade Runner, John Carpenters Halloween, The Thing, The Fog, Clive Barker’s Hellbound - Hellraiser 2, Forbidden Planet, James Cameron's Terminator 2, The Star Wars Trilogy, David Lynch's Dune, Richard Donner's Superman 2, Ridley Scott's Legend, Tony Scott's The Hunger, Steven Speilberg's Jaws, The Dark Crystal, Jim Henson’s The Great Muppet Caper, Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory, old Hammer Horror films, Amicus, American International and Universal Monster / Horror Movies. The passion continues through films such as the new Tron Legacy, Christopher Nolan's : Batman The Dark Knight, The Avengers Assemble, Iron Man 3,Harry Potter And The Sorcerers Stone, The Muppet Movie, Repo The Genetic Opera, Prometheus (Alien Prequel), Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2,  Rob Zombie’s Devils Rejects / Lords Of Salem, Peter Jackson’s Lord Of The Rings / The Hobbit An Unexpected Journey, Vin Diesel / David Twohy's - The Chronicles Of Riddick Dead Man Stalking, The Walking Dead, Dexter, Chuck, The Game Of Thrones etc. We sold childhood Star Wars collections and worked for the infamous company Creatures Unlimited for a while learning all about the Monster Business and becoming Master Monster Makers. The excitement and enthusiasm (which is still evident today) of the big screen and T.V. as well as its complementary proprietary and collectable merchandise motivated us in so many ways to found the business ‘The Monster Company’ in 2003. We are now a well tuned E Commerce business and have been dealing with film related collectibles for over 23 years and have built up (and continue to build) the business along with a wealth of knowledge and industry contacts, beneficial to both collectors and dealers alike.

Our company philosophy is to provide high quality exciting and hard to find collectables to fans of movies, T.V. and games. We are ever growing in understanding of the market supplying items of memorabilia, driving the business vehicle forward through innovative and efficient practices, bringing knowledge and resources back into the industry and community to create new opportunities. The Monster Company and Store has helped media and film undergraduates with assignments and post graduates with their work. We have / continue to involve ourselves in British Independent film making with our wealth of movie industry contacts to include credited actors, directors, producers, special effects experts, prosthetic and make up artists, prop makers etc. Our credits include An American Werewolf In London (Beware The Moon ‘Remembering An American Werewolf In London’ and Hellraiser and Hellbound Hellraiser 2 Blu Ray / DVD (Paul Davis and John Landis). Helping with the production of Blood And Bone China (www.bloodandbonechina.com ) a Victorian Vampire Web Drama with props, costumes, make up, special effects, extra's, assisting with production etc, Associate Producer for Turpin (Dick Turpin The Highwayman 2008), the Comedy short The Taxi Guy (2010) and a special thanks on the music video The Rebel (2011) by the Amateurs all of which are / have been directed by Chris Stone (www.chrisstonefilms.com). Today we are members of the Federation Of Small Businesses, The Movie Props Association and boast Paypal verification, we also have a maintained 100% service and feedback rating on eBay. We have a PCI DSS certificate of compliance in association with Trustwave and Streamline (safe and confidential handling of credit and debit card details for the Prevention of fraudulent card use) and we have complied to the Europen Union directive and all aspects of the new "Cookie Law" which came into full force in May 2012.
