Below you will find our terms and conditions of trade, please read them carefully.

1. All sales are final.
2. All prices are inclusive of V.A.T. at the current rate of 20% which maybe subject to change without prior warning. All products are priced in GBP (Great British Pounds).
3. Payment for all items can be made using all major credit / debit cards (with the exception of American Express and Maestro International cards), cheques, Bank (wire) transfer, postal orders of which are all accepted in Great British Pounds. Paypal payments are accepted to a maximum value of £40 inclusive of shipping costs. For all non electronic payments, please contact us in the first instance to clarify order, shipping value and means of payment.
4. Upon Great British Pound (GBP) funds clearing, goods will be dispatched within ten working days unless otherwise notified.
5. Customers have the right to cancel an order prior to dispatch this can be in writing or verbally to Mr David Bidwell proprietor to The Monster Company.
6. Customers are able to return goods for a full refund including initial postage costs (any returns and costs thereof are the responsibility of the purchaser). All returns are accepted to this address, The Monster Company, 31 Cyril Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 5JW, U.K. For non faulty / unwanted goods, the contact of sale can be cancelled within seven working days, after the day of receipt. Upon receipt of returned goods (if not in the original saleable condition, we will take action against this deemed lack of reasonable care), a refund, replacement or exchange (customers choice) will be issued. Refunds are usually made within seven days (legal requirement is within 30 days).
7. Browsers should assume that everything within the website has copyright unless otherwise stated and may not be used without express permission of The Monster Company.
8. All other photo’s, logo's, screen captures, trademarks from individual films which appear throughout the site are property of their respective owners who may or may not be affiliated with The Monster Company.
   
9. Whilst The Monster Company makes every effort to ensure information is up to date and on the website, The Monster Company makes no representations or warranties to it’s accuracy and assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content within it.
10. The purchaser assumes all risks of injury and or loss, whether personal or property damage from any other use of the item(s) purchased in accordance with this notice and releases The Monster Company form any such loss / injury (The Monster Company shall not be held liable).
11. All purchases are sold as collectable items and are not deemed or implied to be fit for any other purpose.
12. Some pieces will vary from that of the image shown, (i.e. shading / painting variations and photoshop contrasting and brightening).
13. Multiple items can be shipped together, and will be if it is deemed efficient, safe and in the customers interest.
14. Your use of and browsing the Website are at the visitor’s own risk. Neither The Monster Company nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or supplying the website are liable for any direct / indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the access to, or use of, the webite by the browser. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the website is provided to the customer “As Is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non infringement.
15. Please see local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding the exclusion of implied warranties as some may not apply to the visitor.
16. The Monster Company also assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any damages to or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of customer’s access to, use of, browsing of the website. Or the downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from the website.
17. Our payment plans operate over a period of agreed time, pre any sale and any deposit made. We will require a minimum of a 20% non refundable deposit which secures the item. Thereafter, regular installments from a credit or debit card (or any other accepted payment method) be made until the balance is clear. Upon complete payment of the order will the item then be dispatched. Cancellation of a payment plan can be made, but only due to exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of The Monster Company.
18. Our certificate of authenticity / letters of provenance are reinforced by a lifetime money back guarantee, with The Monster Company logged description of sale. Should any item's authenticity / provenance ever be brought into question during the lifetime of The Monster Company we would seek to provide adequate assurances to your satisfaction and involve an independent third party qualified to carry out an investigation. If satisfactory evidence is not produced, at our discretion, we would offer the customer a refund to the original purchase price. If the item however is proven to be of genuine origin, the customer is then liable for all charges relating to any such investigation.
19. Our certificates of authenticity (C.O.A.s) and letters of provenance (L.O.Ps) are transferable to any such new owners. As long as our original C.O.A. / L.O.P. accompanies the original item, we will treat that inquiry without prejudice.
20. The terms used as ‘visitor, customer and browser' are implied as one whom visit’s / uses / purchases from the site. The term site is implied as The Monster Company (www.themonstercompany.co.uk) website.
21. By ticking the 'Terms and Conditions' you are confirming that you (the customer) are over eighteen (18) years of age.
