German Political Flag / Swastika / Hakenkreuz From World War Two
The item you are viewing is an captured original World War 2 Swastika (Hakenkreuz, Hooked Cross) flag. This is a huge flag measuring 7.5 feet (232cms) by 4 feet (121cms) with allocation for a pole to drap from one end, these were used in street processions hanging from T bars. There are small amounts of discolouration on it. The flag comprises of two crudely stitched whitish circles with dyed swastika's on, sewn onto a red (main part of the flag) material background.
