The incredible piece being viewed is a Batman Animated playset in a Canadian box with an Italian distribution sticker.
The set consists of multiple playset parts to include a Batcave, Command Centre and Wayne Manor.
The rarity of this piece lies in the fact that it is a Kenner Canadian box, with the Italian distribution sticker on it (released in Italy by the distributors and toy retailers Giochi Preziosi).
This item started life being made in Mexico, for the Canadian market (hence English / French on the box artwork), then being and sent and sold in Italy.
The condition of this collectible is very high indeed. Stickers have been applied, but the set is complete and very clean.
The box has bright colours, slight edge wear as per images, tape has dried up and come away one end.
The set has its original insert, instruction sheet, and sticker sheet (minus stickers).
Stickers have been placed well and in line with instructions.
This is a beautiful, surviving, obscure box and playset from 1994.
